No, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. But we’re happy to assist you with an exchange, as long as it meets our eligibility criteria.

Yes, we allow size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in unused, original condition.

Yes, a ₹199 non-refundable shipping fee is applicable. This covers: Reverse pickup of your current item Delivery of the new size/item As a small homegrown brand, we keep our product prices transparent and fair — this nominal fee helps us manage two-way logistics.

We will not accept an exchange if: Tags, labels, or packaging are missing The product has been used, washed, or altered The item was on sale or customized The request is made after 7 days from delivery

In such cases, we’ll issue you a store credit, valid for 90 days (minus the ₹199 fee). You can use this for any future purchase on our website.
