While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do provide size exchanges under specific conditions. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and a non-refundable shipping fee of β‚Ή199 applies to cover the reverse pickup and delivery of the new item β€” a necessary charge to keep our homegrown brand’s pricing fair and transparent.
