Pop Naari is an independent fashion label bringing bold, comfortable, and beautiful clothing to modern Indian wardrobes. We operate through our online platform at www.popnaari.com.

We do our best to accurately showcase every product—color, fabric, fit, and fall. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of some pieces. If you're ever unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here for styling advice too!

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select wallets. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled mid-way. Pop Naari reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time, without notice.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped via trusted courier partners. Standard delivery time is 5–10 working days across India. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped. Delays due to holidays, weather, or logistical challenges may occasionally occur we’ll keep you informed.

We offer exchanges only for sizing issues or damaged pieces. To be eligible: Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. No refunds, unless the product is unavailable for exchange.
